This is a full-time role at Jobright.ai, located remotely within the United States with potential for occasional travel to team summits. Jobright.ai is building a personal AI job search agent to transform the job search process into a fast, expert-guided journey. This Data Analyst role is crucial for ensuring that these AI agents are continuously improved and optimized through rigorous data analysis. You will directly contribute to how AI-driven job search experiences are shaped, providing essential insights to both internal product teams and external clients. This involves becoming an integral part of workflow analysis to drive decision-making based on real, production AI agent usage.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate into workflows: Directly embed within client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are central to AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Generate reports: Create custom, timely data reports and visualizations with expert analysis for internal product teams and external clients.
• Manage requests: Promptly address data-related requests, communicating complex findings effectively, consistently, and professionally.
• Refine models: Work with the team and manager to refine data models and enhance AI agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Candidates must possess a strong foundational knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks that underpin AI and machine learning systems.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This includes the proven ability to clearly articulate and explain complex data trends and insights to a diverse audience, encompassing both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders within the organization and with external clients.
• Skills: Core Domain: Proficient understanding of data analysis methodologies and statistical principles. Familiarity with the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning relevant to agent performance analysis.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a technology-driven or AI-focused company. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into practical, digestible insights for various audiences. Technical proficiency in coding languages such as Python or R, experience with data modeling, and database management skills, particularly SQL.
