Starlink Enterprise Account Specialist (Direct Partners) | SpaceX

This is a full-time role at SpaceX, located in Redmond, WA. This role is crucial for the Starlink Enterprise team, which delivers high-speed, low-latency internet to remote regions, by ensuring smooth operations and account management for channel partners.

• Mission: Handle high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for channel partner accounts, ensuring timely activation and invoicing.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Liaison: Act as the primary operational contact for assigned channel partners.
• Document Validation: Review and validate purchase orders and documents, including Letters of Authorizations and pricing, for compliance.
• Account Configuration: Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures.
• Order Processing: Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.
• Operational Oversight: Track order timelines, flag risks to revenue and activation goals, and ensure accounts are activated and invoiced on forecasted schedules.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in operational coordination.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail for process-driven work, skill interpreting contracts, pricing, and billing rules, cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines, proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, or Smartsheet.
• Bonus: Ability to turn partner feedback into process and system improvements, excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking with accuracy and ownership, willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
