The TL;DR

• Mission: Own the full lifecycle of intelligent, business-facing AI agents, from concept to production, to meaningfully solve career challenges.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lifecycle Ownership: Take full ownership of AI agent features across their entire lifecycle, from scoping and ideation through to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Analyze user feedback, competitive signals, and product data to prioritize what features to build next.
• Product Definition: Produce clear wireframes, user stories, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that translate real user needs into concrete engineering work.
• User Validation: Run user research and usability tests to confirm that our agents effectively solve career challenges for users.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years) with a background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for AI and a working understanding of how LLMs and autonomous agents operate.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences, highly organized, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a startup environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role (including internships), hands-on exposure to prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq, project tools like Jira or Linear, and a track record of turning ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.
