The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Lone Tree, CO
• Pay: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour
• Team: Reports to supervisors within a foodservice operation
• Mission: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Tech Stack: POS device

What You’ll Actually Do
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering, utilizing standard measures and recipes.
• Order and Payment Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into a POS device and handle cash and charge payments.
• Service Area Management: Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while consistently maintaining the cleanliness of the service area.
• Food Safety and Presentation: Ensure proper food handling according to HACCP guidelines, maintain appropriate serving temperatures, and merchandise all display foods attractively.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers courteously, serve quickly and efficiently, explain menu items, and assist in purchasing decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is for individuals entering or advancing in a foodservice environment with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Experience: Required customer service experience.
• Skills: Customer service, accurate order entry and payment processing, adherence to HACCP guidelines for food handling, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Bonus: Prior barista experience is preferred.
