What You’ll Actually Do
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to established standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, and keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Restock the housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day’s use and replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from rooms, maintenance repairs, and handle “Lost and Found” items according to company standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: No specific years required; experience in a hotel or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; ability to stand during the entire shift; ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Bonus: Experience in a hotel or a related field.
