This is a full-time Sales Development Representative role at Synerfac Technical Staffing, requiring an in-person, on-site presence. Synerfac is an industry-leading and growing recruitment company dedicated to providing robust technical staffing services. This role is pivotal in driving new business development, as you will be directly responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, ultimately contributing to the company’s expansion and market leadership. Your efforts will enable our clients to focus on their core competencies, while also creating valuable professional and financial opportunities for both our temporary and permanent employees and our internal staff.

• Mission: Identify and secure new business opportunities for technical staffing services, solving client recruitment challenges and driving company growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospecting & Research: Identify new business opportunities by conducting thorough market research and executing targeted cold calls to engage potential clients in various industries.
• Initial Engagement: Navigate and lead initial prospecting phone calls, effectively introducing Synerfac’s services and understanding the preliminary needs of potential customers.
• Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Actively listen to prospective client requirements to accurately assess their staffing challenges and propose tailored technical staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
• Meeting Orchestration: Secure and meticulously coordinate meetings with prospective customers, laying the groundwork for deeper sales discussions and potential partnerships.
• Client Site Visits: Travel to new client and prospect locations to build strong in-person rapport, adeptly handle objections, and further solidify new business relationships.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for an entry-level position within the dynamic field of technical staffing and recruitment.
• Experience: While no specific number of years is required, prior customer service experience is strongly preferred, indicating an ability to interact effectively and understand client needs.
• Skills: Demonstrate a competitive spirit and a proactive, coachable mindset. Possess strong resilience and problem-solving capabilities, combined with excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Bonus: Experience in customer service, showcasing an aptitude for building rapport, managing expectations, and addressing client inquiries in a professional setting.
