Housekeepers are vital team members who ensure guest rooms and common areas meet the resort’s high quality standards, directly contributing to a comfortable and memorable stay for all.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and refresh guest rooms, which includes changing linens and making beds to prepare for new arrivals or maintain existing stays.
• Supply Management: Accurately restock all guest room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for their comfort and convenience.
• Area Sanitation: Clean bathrooms and other common areas within the resort, contributing to the overall cleanliness and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all cleaned rooms and areas consistently meet the high quality standards of Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, providing a superior guest experience.

• Background: We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a beautiful setting.
• Experience: Candidates must have the ability to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for resort operations and guest demand.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work are essential to ensure rooms meet the resort’s quality standards. The ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift is also required for this physically involved role.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a hospitality or housekeeping setting will be considered a valuable asset, though we are happy to train the right people.
