What You’ll Actually Do
• Electronic Archiving Management: Take primary responsibility for managing the entire process of electronic archives, meticulously utilizing the Composite Archive Management Application to ensure comprehensive and organized digital records are maintained for the bank’s operations.
• Document Upload and Processing: Accurately upload a variety of scanned and electronic documents into the bank’s system, serving as the crucial initial step for their proper processing and integration into the digital workflow.
• Data Indexing and Verification: Ensure that all incoming documents are precisely indexed within the system, a critical task followed by thorough verification of all indexed data to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and prevent any data discrepancies.
• Business Document Digitization: Lead efforts in the timely and accurate digitization of essential business documents, actively working to preserve their integrity throughout the conversion process and ensuring strict adherence to all applicable regulatory guidelines.
• General Operational Support: Provide essential assistance across various operational needs of the bank, performing diverse tasks that contribute directly to the efficiency, stability, and smooth daily functioning of its financial operations.
