This internship is designed to provide tangible, hands-on experience in at least one key career function, focusing on learning and exposure to fundamental business processes and procedures that are critical to Veolia’s operations.
The TL;DR

• Pay: $16 hourly
• Mission: To gain hands-on experience and foundational business exposure by supporting specific functional projects and process improvements within Veolia North America.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Execute tasks directly related to assigned functional projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Issue Communication: Communicate any arising issues and roadblocks that impact areas of responsibility.
• Research Assistance: Assist with research activities or special projects designed to fulfill business initiatives and meet objectives.
• Analytical Production: Produce clear findings and draw insightful conclusions from various analyses conducted.
• Management Recommendations: Prepare and deliver both oral and written recommendations to management based on analytical results.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a student holding Junior status and actively working towards a four-year degree. The chosen major must be directly related to the specific internship function, such as electrical engineering or a similar discipline for an engineering role.
• Experience: A demonstrated academic record with a cumulative Grade Point Average (G.P.A) of 3.2 or higher.
• Skills: Strong and comprehensive communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, active listening, presentation, and facilitation abilities. Proven capability to build and maintain collaborative relationships effectively.
