What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in a structured intern program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of Cintas’ business operations.
• Gain valuable exposure to diverse departments within the company, understanding their functions and interdependencies in the professional services industry.
• Undertake hands-on training experiences, translating theoretical concepts into practical application within a corporate environment.
• Interact frequently with multiple departments, fostering a broad understanding of cross-functional collaboration and business processes.
• Develop and strengthen critical professional skills, including leadership, organization, communication, and time management, through practical experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must possess a High School Diploma or GED and be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: While no specific years are mandated, previous co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is a preferred qualification.
• Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with core Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, alongside competence in using intranet and internet resources.
• Bonus: Hold a business or other related academic major, have prior leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities, and be available to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.
