• Mission: This role provides foundational support across logistics, carrier management, and general administration to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Logistics Tracking & Support: Assist with comprehensive load tracking and tracing processes, ensuring app compliance and consistently providing critical information and updates for both shipper and carrier visibility.
• Carrier Relations & Coordination: Develop comfort in communicating with carriers, inquiring about available lanes, equipment types, and quantities, with exposure and training towards the potential for booking loads.
• Operations Setup & Scheduling: Efficiently build loads, accurately set up carriers in the system, conduct update/check calls, and meticulously schedule all necessary pickup and delivery appointments.
• Documentation & Compliance Management: Manage and ensure proper submission of documentation to Carrier Resources, contact insurance companies for required certificates, and maintain updated insurance information and carrier references.
• Administrative & Accounting Support: Act as a general office hero by answering phones and distributing calls to the appropriate brokers, supporting the accounting function as needed, and handling a variety of general office duties while upholding company principles.
