The Tone:
This is an intern role at Topgolf, a global sports and entertainment community. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the extremely successful Summer Academy, Topgolf’s flagship junior program. The Golf Intern enhances the overall Guest experience, contributes to the operational efficiency through club repair, and helps onboard new Associates, directly impacting Topgolf’s service quality and program success.

• Pay: $16.90 to $18.00 hourly
• Mission: To support key golf programs, improve guest experiences, and maintain operational efficiency within the Topgolf environment.
• Tech Stack: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, lesson analysis software/app

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Assist, teach, and help manage the successful Summer Academy program for junior golfers.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the club repair of all loaner clubs.
• Guest Engagement: Enhance the Guest experience by providing instruction tips to promote and sell Topgolf Coach during peak times.
• Associate Training: Train new Topgolf Associates on the basics of teaching and general golf knowledge.
• Data Management: Help with student and lead maintenance using the Customer Relationship Management tool.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student enrolled in a Professional Golf Management (PGM) program.
• Experience: Previous competitive golf participation and prior work experience in the golf industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills; ability to work on a team; a high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity; energy and enthusiasm.
• Bonus: Knowledge of golf instruction and experience.
