• Mission: To support financial operations through fixed asset management, cost control, financial reporting, and data analysis to drive critical business decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fixed Assets Management: Participate in fixed asset annual confirmations and gain a deep understanding of the fixed asset accounting lifecycle.
• Cost Control & Reduction: Control warranty and manufacturing costs, defining action plans to address deviations and recommending necessary accruals.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare routine and ad-hoc accounting schedules for internal and external reporting while ensuring SOX 404 compliance for related processes.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct operational analysis, build automated models, and provide recommendations to management through actionable insights.
• Business Intelligence & Data Infrastructure: Increase data visibility for business teams by building data platforms, operational reports, and managing analytical database architecture.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related area, or in STEM, Quantitative Field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research), Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience: Advanced experience in Excel.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling; Experience with advanced Excel BI functionality and languages (Power Query (M), PowerPivot (DAX)).
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft PowerQuery/Power BI and/or SQL.
