What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete Internship Program: Finish a 12-week program with educational sessions and precepted bedside clinical experience.
• Deliver Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients focused on GI, pulmonary, surgical, burn, and neonatal populations.
• Collaborate with Team: Work within an energetic, team-oriented unit to achieve numerous accolades and ensure quality care.
• Promote Family-Centered Care: Work closely with patients and families to foster a supportive and family-centered environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate Nurse or newly licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Experience: Successful NCLEX completion prior to start, no prior practice as an RN; Extern or Inpatient Tech experience, Pediatrics preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
