About the Role
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building relationships that drive project flow into Chapter. You will operate at the intersection of real estate, construction, and client acquisition—working closely with brokers, agents, and property stakeholders. This is a highly external, relationship-driven role suited for someone who is proactive, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations.

What You’ll Do
• Identify and build relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and developers
• Conduct outreach (in-person, email, and phone) to generate new partnerships
• Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events across Miami
• Support deal sourcing and track incoming opportunities
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and projects
• Assist in preparing presentations and partnership materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to align opportunities with execution
• Track and report partnership performance and lead flow

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have a strong interest in real estate, business development, or partnerships
• Are available for a 6-month, full-time internship
• Can work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Are local to Miami or nearby
• Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a car
• Are able to travel across Miami to meet brokers, real estate agents, and partners
• Are currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
• Are highly organized and proactive
• Are able to operate independently and take initiative
• Are team-oriented and reliable

Bonus Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with the Miami real estate market

Role Highlights & Compensation
• This is a 6-month, full-time internship intended to lead to a full-time role in Business Development or Partnerships for the right candidate
• Position is based in Miami, Florida
• $2,500/month stipend
• Commute expenses included
• Interns will receive a percentage-based commission on business generated through partnerships they develop
• Complete a training program led by Chapter leadership, focused on Chapter’s service offering and positioning, real estate ecosystem, and partnership development and deal flow
• A full-time position will be offered to interns who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and ability to generate business opportunities
