About the Role
This role is for driven Marketing & Sales Representatives who will act as the frontline for Cruze’s national expansion. Your singular mission is to execute a proven sales playbook and secure risk-free, 30-Day Pilot Program commitments from fleet owners across the country, selling a purely mathematical software patch for highway logistics that saves fleets an average of $600 per month, per truck.

What You’ll Do
• Outreach: Use our provided lead databases, email scripts, and cold-call playbooks to secure 10-minute meetings with fleet decision-makers.
• The Pitch: Lead a highly scripted, 10-minute conversion call where you pitch the Virtual OBU, show our 30-second UI Demo, and secure a verbal “Yes” for the 30-day pilot.
• The Handoff: Schedule the technical execution call between the fleet owner and the Cruze Engineering Team.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are a Self-Starter, able to manage your own pipeline and output whether full-time, part-time, or as an intern.
• Are Coachable, able to absorb the provided playbook, objection handling guides, and demo videos, and execute them flawlessly.
• Are a Fearless Communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone, interrupt a fleet owner’s day, and tell them exactly why their current routing software is failing them.
• Are relentless, articulate, and ready to follow a high-converting script.

Role Highlights & Compensation
• This role is strictly performance-based with uncapped earning potential directly tied to your hustle.
• You are paid immediately upon the completion of the 30-day pilot.
• You will be equipped with an undeniable “Godfather Offer” for fleet owners, as Cruze requires zero hardware installation and has absolutely no upfront cost.
• Commission structure is based on a Marginal Tier:
• First 1–10 Vehicles: You earn 15% of total savings ($90/truck average).
• Vehicles 11–50: You earn 10% of total savings ($60/truck average).
• Vehicles 51+: You earn 5% of total savings ($30/truck average).
• Example: Landing a single average fleet of 10 trucks nets you a $900 commission.
