About the Role

This is an entry-level student intern role focused on supporting the career development of employees through education and training programs. It also involves performing student education duties, including clinical training and patient care for various medical and intern groups. The intern will work under the supervision of a faculty member on a defined project in line with educational goals.

What You’ll Do
• Develop education, training curricula, materials, and programs to support current and future talent needs.
• Continue clinical training and provide exceptional care to patients.
• Consistently apply corporate values of respect, honesty, fairness, and the constant pursuit of excellence.
• Maintain collaborative, team relationships with peers and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
• May access PHI/HIPPA identifiers as part of daily tasks.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel computer applications.
• Have excellent and meticulous organizational, technical, documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently, under supervision, and as a part of a team.

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Base pay ranges from $17.00 – $20.77.
