About the Role
Marketing & Sales Representatives at Cruze act as the frontline for the company’s national expansion. Their primary mission is to execute a proven sales playbook to secure risk-free, 30-Day Pilot Program commitments from fleet owners, leveraging Cruze’s unique “Godfather Offer” which requires zero hardware installation and has no upfront cost.

What You’ll Do
• Use our provided lead databases, email scripts, and cold-call playbooks to secure 10-minute meetings with fleet decision-makers.
• Lead a highly scripted, 10-minute conversion call where you pitch the Virtual OBU, show our 30-second UI Demo, and secure a verbal “Yes” for the 30-day pilot.
• Schedule the technical execution call between the fleet owner and the Cruze Engineering Team.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are a self-starter who can manage your own pipeline and output.
• Are coachable and can absorb the playbook (scripts, objection handling guides, demo videos) and execute it flawlessly.
• Are a fearless communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone, interrupt a fleet owner’s day, and tell them exactly why their current routing software is failing them.
• Are relentless and articulate.
• Are ready to follow a high-converting script.

Role Highlights & Compensation
• This role is strictly performance-based, meaning your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your hustle.
• You are paid immediately upon the completion of the 30-day pilot.
• Pilots generate an average of $600 in savings per truck, per month.
• Earn 15% of total savings (average $90/truck) for the first 1–10 vehicles landed in a fleet.
• Earn 10% of total savings (average $60/truck) for vehicles 11–50 landed in a fleet.
• Earn 5% of total savings (average $30/truck) for vehicles 51+ landed in a fleet.
• Landing a single average fleet of 10 trucks nets you a $900 commission.
