Summary

We are seeking a curious technologist to join our team as an AI Agent Intern. This role focuses on prototyping the future of relationship intelligence by exploring how technology can enhance professional connections. You will work at the intersection of AI and human interaction, diving into data foundation and signal analysis to help professionals identify optimal moments for showing gratitude. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a systems mindset, eager to build real-world AI applications in a B2B environment.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As an AI Agent Intern, you will focus on three major phases of the Relationship Intelligence Agent project, exploring how technology can enhance, rather than replace, human relationships:

1. Data Foundation: Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to identify and structure crucial relationship signals, including calendar activity, CRM milestones, and platform behavior.
2. Recommendation Model: Prototype a recommendation engine, utilizing either rule-based logic or lightweight machine learning, to answer the key question: “When is the right moment to send a Thnks?”
3. AI Assistant Prototype: Design and build a simple in-app assistant that surfaces these recommendations and generates suggested messages for users.

• Team Player: Possesses a collaborative spirit and a curiosity to learn from the Data Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams.
