• Team: Works collaboratively and receives direct mentorship from the General Management team, Department Managers, and other experienced Store Team Members throughout the immersive 12-week program.
• Mission: To equip individuals with the practical skills and comprehensive understanding necessary to successfully transition into and excel within a retail management role.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Actively participate in the 12-week paid, hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare you for Retail Management roles.
• Business Understanding: Collaborate closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ extensive business operations.
• Organizational Skill Enhancement: Focus on developing and strengthening critical organizational skills essential for efficient management within a retail setting.
• Communication & Time Management: Enhance effective communication skills and gain proficiency in time management through practical application and daily interactions within the store environment.
• Hands-on Management Experience: Acquire valuable hands-on management experience by working alongside seasoned leaders and contributing to store operations.
