What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect & Develop: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure critical backend services and APIs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering engineering excellence and best practices.
• System Design: Drive the technical design and implementation of new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with architectural vision.
• Performance & Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, front-end teams, and other engineering teams to define specifications and deliver integrated solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on backend systems.
• Skills: Expert-level proficiency in backend programming languages like Java, Go, Python, or C#; deep understanding of large-scale distributed systems and microservices; strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases; proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) or real-time data processing.
