Role Overview
As a Graduate Sales Executive at VetPlus, you’ll embark on a sales journey in the veterinary field, engaging directly with clients to drive sales and build relationships within the international veterinary industry. VetPlus is looking for passionate graduates eager to grow their skills in a professional setting that values individual contributions and team success.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will build relationships and drive growth through:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Managing a portfolio of 200-300 veterinary practices within your assigned region.
- Conducting daily engagement activities, including individual meetings and group presentations, to explore potential collaborations.
- Providing exceptional support to a diverse range of clients, from small practices to large veterinary establishments.

- In-depth knowledge of VetPlus and competitive products in the market.
- Expertise in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to sealing deals.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, VetPlus is looking for candidates with:
- Degree qualification with a minimum of a 2:1 in any discipline.
- Interest or experience in the animal health industry is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work independently, with readiness to travel and occasionally stay away from home.
