What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Solution Delivery: Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
• Territory Management: Manage a portfolio of 200-300 veterinary practices within an assigned region.
• Collaboration Facilitation: Conduct daily engagement activities, including individual meetings and group presentations, to explore potential collaborations.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional support to a diverse range of clients, from small practices to large veterinary establishments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A degree qualification with a minimum of a 2:1 in any discipline. This is an early career role suitable for recent graduates.
• Experience: No prior specific sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, a goal-oriented approach, enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service, and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Interest or experience in the animal health industry is a plus, and a valid driving license is required for the company car benefit.
