In this pivotal Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work across the entire software development life cycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, contributing significantly to both front-end and back-end systems within a collaborative and supportive workplace.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications and services using modern technologies and best practices.
• Solution Design: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code for both client-side and server-side components.
• Technical Guidance: Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• System Reliability: Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of our applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including architecting robust APIs and integrating with various third-party services.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React), expertise in back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and Git, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, or experience with GraphQL.
