Entry-Level Recruiter

As an entry-level Recruiter, you won’t be navigating your career alone. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of mentors who will provide guidance and show you the ropes every step of the way. From your first day, you’ll be immersed in The IG Way, a cutting-edge training program designed to teach not only our operational methods but also how to accelerate your sales career.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

The Recruiter role is fundamental to building a successful sales career at Insight Global. In this position, you will:

  • Learn extensively about the staffing industry and our comprehensive services – and how to effectively sell them to current and future clients.
  • Act as a matchmaker between companies and candidates by:
    • Reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards.
    • Conducting thorough phone interviews.
    • Preparing candidates to meet hiring managers.
    • Negotiating job offers to successfully place candidates.

The average employee typically spends approximately six months in the Recruiter role before progressing into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). For the subsequent 8 to 12 weeks, you’ll apply the skills and knowledge you’ve acquired to real-world scenarios with future clients, working towards your promotion into one of these advanced roles.

Account Manager

Account Managers serve as the face of our organization, building crucial relationships directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies. Their mission is to understand client needs and position Insight Global as their go-to staffing solution.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Research and target organizations in need of staffing services.
  • Initiate connections through networking and strategic cold calls.
  • Develop into a valuable business consultant and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals and team dynamics.
  • Effectively sell Insight Global’s services to elevate client businesses.
  • Gather detailed job requirements and collaborate closely with our Recruiting team to identify and present the perfect candidates.

Account Managers don’t just sell a product; they are experts in all things hiring and sell comprehensive staffing solutions.

Professional Recruiter

Professional Recruiting at Insight Global represents next-level recruiting and a distinct approach to inside sales. These experts focus intensely on job seekers and our consultants.

Professional Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Identify top talent and meticulously match candidates with ideal job opportunities.
  • Deeply understand the experiences and career aspirations of each job seeker to ensure optimal client-to-consultant matches.
  • Provide continuous support and a world-class experience to consultants throughout their careers, even after placement.

Our Professional Recruiters are highly impactful, accounting for over 80% of our job placements last year.

Compensation & Benefits

Insight Global offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward hard work and dedication.

Compensation:

  • Entry-Level Recruiter: Competitive base salary ranging from $38,000 – $68,640 annually, dependent on office location. Additionally, a $5,000 LTI (Long Term Incentive) one-year anniversary award.
  • Upon Promotion to Account Manager:
    • Base salary increase.
    • Up to $5,400 annually in commission supplement.
    • Corporate cell phone.
    • Uncapped commission paid weekly.

Average Employee Earnings:

  • Year 2: $73,000 – $88,000
  • Year 3: $121,000 – $145,000
  • Year 4: $135,000 – $194,000

Additional Incentives:

  • Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have the exciting opportunity to win annual sales contests, which include an all-expenses-paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500 – $10,000.
