What You’ll Actually Do
• Leasing Support: Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process by scheduling showings, following up on leads, and converting interest into signed leases.
• Resident Experience: Cultivate positive resident relationships by creating welcoming move-in experiences and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through clear, timely communication.
• Operational Assistance: Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to track property conditions, coordinate service requests, and uphold high standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Business Insight: Participate in team meetings, leasing reviews, and property inspections to understand how property performance is measured and improved.
