The Tone:
This is a full-time role at ABC, located in San Antonio, TX (In-person). • Team: Works closely with a team of behavior therapists and supervisors.
• Mission: Provide essential Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their homes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 18 months to 12 years within their homes.
• Travel to various client homes within a designated geographic area, driving up to 45 minutes each way for appointments.
• Accurately collect data and implement individualized treatment plans tailored for each child’s needs.
• Manage a caseload autonomously, taking ownership of work to enhance children’s abilities and foster growth.
• Collaborate closely with a team of like-minded individuals, dedicated to living core company values.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Associate Degree or High School Diploma track. A college degree in any field preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive paid training and RBT certification assistance will be provided.
• Skills: A deep passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families; a commitment to reliable attendance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; an eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
• Bonus: Prior experience or a passion for childcare, teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, or psychology is encouraged.
