What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll be a true business partner, not just a salesperson. You’ll consult with local business owners, learn every step of the B2B sales cycle, and build a portfolio of accounts while being supported by a tight-knit, high-performing team.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Prospecting and consulting with small and medium-sized businesses across the Bay Area
  • Building lasting client relationships and managing your own book of business
  • Presenting solutions that help businesses grow, improve operations, and reduce costs
  • Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development
  • Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, no experience required, just the right attitude
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 0 to 3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role. No experience? No problem.
