The Role: Junior Account Executive

As a Junior Account Executive, you will represent our client in a B2B sales capacity — prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts while managing and growing your client base. You will be supported by experienced mentors and a proven sales system designed to get you performing at a high level fast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new B2B accounts representing Amazon Business.
  • Build relationships with business decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow your account base by delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Contribute to a competitive, results-oriented team culture.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communicator with a confident, people-first approach.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing role.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Schedule and Location

Based in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role — in-office Monday through Wednesday, with partial remote flexibility on Thursday and Friday. The role includes field-based territory work for client outreach and account development daily.
