Junior Account Executive

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive who is motivated, coachable, and eager to master the foundational principles of professional sales.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the entire sales cycle.
- Gain hands-on experience from prospecting and outreach to nurturing client relationships and closing deals.
- Learn and implement B2B sales and client acquisition strategies.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage client accounts.
- Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Professionally represent Evolve Seattle in the field.
What We’re Looking For
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing role.
- A strong communicator comfortable interacting with new people.
- Self-motivated and receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not strictly required.
