Integrated Supply Chain Finance Analyst | Trane Technologies

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Trane Technologies, located in Pueblo, CO, supporting the Commercial HVAC plant. The Integrated Supply Chain Finance Analyst engages in critical responsibilities within the Commercial HVAC Finance Team, playing a vital part in the plant’s mission to build and provide energy-efficient chillers for commercial needs.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Pueblo, CO (In-person)

• Team: Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance team, supporting the Commercial HVAC plant.
• Mission: This person supports the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Commercial HVAC plant by conducting accounting and financial analysis, facilitating reporting, and ensuring compliance within the integrated supply chain.
• Tech Stack: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support comprehensive accounting and financial analysis, including the development of budgets and forecasts to guide business operations.
• Reporting & Closing: Assist with the month-end closing procedures, prepare for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), and provide periodic reporting on financial performance, product profitability, and functional spending to business partners.
• Operational Analysis: Provide analysis and reporting on productivity, inflation, and deflation trends, alongside supporting inventory adjustments and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Maintain SOX narratives, ensure compliance with financial regulations, understand Segregation of Duties (SOD) and mitigating controls, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Team Collaboration & Data Projects: Engage in team meetings, assist with employee engagement and team building, and participate in data analytics projects to drive insights and efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles, specifically applied within an integrated supply chain context to support business operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with intermediate-level acumen in Excel for complex data manipulation and financial modeling.
• Skills: Possesses excellent analytical and technical capabilities, strong verbal and written communication abilities, good interpersonal skills, solid business acumen, and a detail-oriented approach. Must be a self-starter, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
