Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and launching innovative products that delight our users and drive significant business growth. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, leading cross-functional teams from conception to launch, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends.
• Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and feasibility for engineering teams.
• Prioritize product backlogs effectively, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to maximize business value and user satisfaction.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
• Work with engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, manage sprint cycles, and resolve blockers.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Define and monitor key product metrics, analyze data to identify insights, and iterate on products based on performance and user feedback.
• Act as a strong advocate for the user, championing their needs throughout the product development process.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working effectively within an agile development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience using tools to interpret product performance and user behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems through innovative technology.
• Experience with various product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Prior experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute).
• Experience with international product launches and understanding of global market nuances.
