The Tone:
This is a full-time role at English 1, located in China. English 1 is a well-established education company providing English language instruction to young learners. • Mission: This role is responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to young learners and fostering their language confidence while supporting their educational and cultural development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver fun, interactive, and immersive English lessons to young learners aged 3–16.
• Deliver: Utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools to conduct high-energy lessons.
• Support: Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them build confidence in their English skills.
• Engage: Participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional holding a bachelor’s degree in any subject, a valid passport, and the ability to pass a clean background check. Must possess a genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as comprehensive induction training and ongoing support are provided.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is preferred; however, English 1 can sponsor successful candidates for TEFL certification.
