The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of our product development, working across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and exceptional user experiences. This role offers the chance to influence architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and work with a modern tech stack to deliver highly impactful solutions to our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, performant, and secure web applications from conception to deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate actively in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmap planning, ensuring the long-term health and scalability of our platforms.
• Implement and maintain robust APIs, optimize database queries, and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective, lasting solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our tech stack, tools, and development processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, C# with .NET Core).
• Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, development, and consumption. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, unit/integration/end-to-end testing, and clean code principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and security best practices.
• Familiarity with serverless computing paradigms.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
