As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a vital link, helping community members solve pest challenges and protecting their homes and businesses.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
• Location: Bayonne, NJ

• Mission: Solve existing pest/rodent problems, recommend preventive actions, and build client relationships.
• Tech Stack: Computers, smartphones

What You’ll Actually Do
• Resolve existing pest and rodent issues for clients.
• Advise clients on corrective actions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Assist community members in overcoming their various pest challenges.
• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Safeguard residential and commercial properties from pests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older with a high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience needed as all training is provided; requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after training).
• Skills: Strong commitment to high-quality customer service, problem-solving capability, comfort with working outdoors, and a safety-first approach.
• Bonus: Enjoys working independently, demonstrates dedication and motivation, and possesses a strong work ethic.
