What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons effectively using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and integrated digital tools.
• Student Development: Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to build confidence and improve their English communication skills.
• School Participation: Actively take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to foster a vibrant learning community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject. This role is ideal for individuals at an early career stage, including recent graduates or those seeking a new professional path, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Experience: Possess a valid passport from one of the qualifying countries (UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa). Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in education, international travel, and cultural exchange; no prior teaching experience is required.
• Skills: The ability to successfully complete a clean background check is a fundamental requirement, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all young learners.
• Bonus: While not strictly mandatory, possessing an ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a distinct advantage. English 1 is prepared to sponsor this certification for suitable candidates if needed, supporting continuous skill development and career advancement.
