The Role

Southern National Roofing, a $20M+ residential roofing company, is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for our local office.

This is a dynamic door-to-door, field role. You will be actively working in residential neighborhoods, engaging directly with homeowners, and setting appointments for free roof inspections for our professional in-home sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Work effectively in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak face-to-face with homeowners, building rapport and trust.
• Clearly explain the benefits of our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates with interested homeowners.
• Work outdoors and be on your feet, enjoying an active role.

Compensation

• W-2 full-time position.
• Competitive hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses.
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000-$70,000+.

Schedule

• This is an on-site role, working directly in the community.
• Monday-Saturday availability between 9am-7pm is required.
• No overnight travel is necessary.
• Team transportation provided from the office to assigned neighborhoods.
