What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Conduct engaging and immersive English lessons for children aged 3-16, fostering a fun learning environment.
• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons, effectively utilizing English 1’s award-winning multimedia technology and curriculum.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning and guide continuous improvement.
• Extracurricular Engagement: Participate in social activities designed to enhance English learning through fun and interactive experiences outside of formal lessons.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree (or currently completing a degree), ready to embrace a globally minded teaching career in China.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required.
• Skills: Valid passport, eligibility for a legal Z work visa, ESL certification (sponsorship provided), and an enthusiastic desire to learn and grow in your teaching career.
