The Tone:
This is an internship at arrivia, located in Scottsdale, AZ. Arrivia is focused on redefining travel-tech and enhancing brands through the power of travel. This role is a high-visibility, hands-on opportunity for a data-driven strategist, designed to help architect a more efficient engine for the business and turn raw data into scalable revenue intelligence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Experimentation: Lead small-scale experiments using AI and automation tools to prove out new methods for data validation and process improvement.
• Data Integrity: Perform deep-dive analysis across product lines to identify revenue leakage and ensure 100% transactional accuracy across the lifecycle.
• AI Integration: Explore how generative AI and LLMs can categorize, clean, and interpret complex financial and operational datasets.
• Reporting Design: Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Power BI that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
• Automation Development: Identify high-friction manual tasks within the revenue cycle and propose automated SQL or AI-driven solutions that drive operational excellence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student pursuing a degree in Business Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Comfortable querying complex databases and manipulating large datasets.
• Skills: Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL, AI tools, Problem-solving, Clear communication.
• Bonus: Junior, Senior, or Grad student preferred. You are an early adopter of AI tools with a genuine interest in how automation can replace busy work and improve data accuracy. You have a “builder” mentality and drive to fix process gaps using technology.
