• Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare necessary materials, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulously organized physical and digital records, files, and documentation.
• Correspondence Handling: Manage all forms of correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails and facilitating internal communications.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office.
