About the Role

We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team at our Washington location. This pivotal role involves supporting daily administrative tasks and assisting with internal coordination. The Personal Assistant will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure schedules are managed efficiently, tasks are completed on time, and daily operations run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of our dynamic marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Scheduling Management: Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team leaders, ensuring optimal time utilization and preventing conflicts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist comprehensively with organizing meetings, which includes preparing necessary materials (agendas, presentations, reports) and diligently tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized records, files, and documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Correspondence Handling: Manage all forms of correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails, and facilitating internal communications to ensure clear and effective information flow.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office, proactively identifying and addressing needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; an Associate degree is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of professional environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
