What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Lead interactive English lessons for young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum Delivery: Utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools to deliver high-energy lessons.
• Student Support: Offer constructive feedback to students to enhance their English proficiency and build confidence.
• Engagement: Participate actively in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any academic subject, demonstrating foundational academic capability. A valid passport from one of the following countries is essential for visa purposes: the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. All applicants are required to pass a clean background check.
• Experience: This is an entry-level teaching position, and no prior teaching experience is explicitly required, as English 1 provides full training. It is an ideal opportunity for recent university graduates, individuals exploring a career change into education, or existing ESL/TEFL-certified teachers looking to expand their skills internationally.
• Skills: While specific technical or domain teaching skills are not a prerequisite, candidates should possess a genuine interest in education, a desire for international travel, and an enthusiasm for cultural exchange.
