What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Support: Process customer deposits and withdrawals efficiently to meet their various transactional needs.
• Account Opening: Guide clients through the process of opening new accounts, ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.
• Service Delivery: Offer a comprehensive range of personal banking services, tailored to individual customer requirements.
• Client Relationship: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
• Financial Education: Actively educate customers on UMB Bank’s diverse financial products and services to align with their goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; foundational knowledge of personal banking, account opening procedures, and general finance principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in personal banking, including proficiency in managing customer deposits and withdrawals.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency with banking software and standard computer applications.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a financial institution or a similar customer-facing role; further education in Finance or Business.
