This is a full-time English Teacher role at English 1, located in China. What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 within a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Deliver: Deliver high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Guide: Provide constructive feedback to students, guiding them to build confidence and proficiency in their English language abilities.
• Engage: Take an active part in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to foster a vibrant learning community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required. This role is well-suited for individuals at an early career stage, including recent graduates, those pivoting into a new career, or anyone seeking international experience.
• Experience: Candidates must hold a valid passport from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. Importantly, no prior teaching experience is necessary, as English 1 provides full training and fully prepared teaching materials.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, international travel, and cultural exchange is essential. The ability to engage young learners aged 3-16 in an immersive and fun classroom setting is key.
• Bonus: While not mandatory, existing ESL certification (such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is a plus. English 1 offers sponsorship for candidates to obtain this certification.
