About the Role:

• Work in a team-based environment to manufacture quality interior wooden doors for commercial, architectural, and residential markets.
• This role has the potential to continue into the school year during breaks.
• Summer Door Production Team Members receive top consideration to transition to full-time positions across the organization, demonstrating a commitment to learning the business and processes from the ground-up.

Schedule:

• Hours: 6/7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
• Overtime available if needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Day Shift: $20.00 per hour
• Potential to return for future seasons.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift 70-90 lbs to shoulder height with the assistance of a partner.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to a consistent 8 weeks.
• Must be able to work the week of July 4th.
• Must be 18 years of age or turning 18 before your start date.
• For recent High School Graduates or College Students home for summer break.
• This job is Safety Sensitive and therefore is contingent upon a pre-employment drug test including marijuana. Must be 18 years of age to apply.
