This Partner Operations Intern role is integral to the Global Product Operations team, which is responsible for the precise and timely delivery of STARZ content to external partners and the ongoing maintenance of their digital storefronts. This position is vital for upholding content quality, ensuring brand compliance across partner platforms, and ultimately enhancing the viewer experience for STARZ subscribers.

• Mission: To support the Global Product Operations team in documenting partner specifications, improving content deliverables, and auditing partner storefronts to ensure quality and compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Write and meticulously maintain comprehensive documentation detailing partner specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy for content delivery processes.
• Storefront Audits: Regularly review and audit various partner storefronts, including platforms like Amazon, Hulu, and YouTube, to ensure precise catalog maintenance and strict brand compliance.
• Project Management Support: Maintain and update JIRA tickets related to partner improvements and new initiatives, actively managing, tracking, and communicating the progress of assigned projects.
• Feature Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new partner features to ensure functionality and perform quality assurance checks on video files to identify and resolve any technical issues.
• Operational Triage & Alignment: Triage internal system errors by collaborating with appropriate internal teams and align key stakeholders on crucial aspects such as content availability, potential risks, and emerging issues.
• Administrative Support: Handle other administrative duties as assigned, including various ad hoc projects to support the team’s operational needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program, classified specifically as a rising junior or senior.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear interaction, strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to accurately manage, analyze, and present data.
• Bonus: A preferred background in a relevant technical field such as content creation, production, general A/V, project management, or programming. Additionally, a strong interest and knowledge in TV and film, coupled with a basic understanding of the broader television and streaming landscape, are highly valued.
