• Mission: To provide essential in-home support, enabling clients to live comfortably and safely while aligning a caregiver’s career with their personal values.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Living Support: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Safety & Mobility: Ensure a safe living environment, provide safe mobility support and transfers, and offer transportation to appointments.
• Household Management: Prepare meals, assist with eating, and perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Companionship & Wellness: Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders to enhance client well-being.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite for this role.
• Experience: This is an entry-level position; no prior healthcare experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided. Candidates with customer service experience, especially from restaurant or hospitality sectors, possess valuable transferable skills.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, accurately assess and respond to client needs, and ensure consistent reliability. Must also possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance for transportation duties.
