Supply Chain Intern | Pronghorn

The Tone:
This is an internship at Pronghorn, located in Alpharetta, GA (In-person). Pronghorn is building a movement rooted in culture, innovation, and equity, creating real pathways to success across the Spirits industry and beyond. This role supports crucial day-to-day supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory tracking. It provides hands-on experience in how products move from planning through delivery, helping to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication across the supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Support day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, including data tracking, reporting, and coordination across vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor: Assist with inventory monitoring, shipment tracking, and order status updates to maintain supply chain visibility.
• Maintain: Help maintain accurate records related to inventory, purchase orders, logistics, and operational timelines.
• Plan: Support demand planning and supply planning activities by gathering and organizing relevant data.
• Report: Help prepare reports and spreadsheets related to inventory movement, service levels, costs, and overall supply chain performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with an interest in supply chain operations, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, or process improvement.
• Experience: Practical comfort working with spreadsheets and operational data, including the ability to manage multiple moving pieces, work collaboratively, and follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience with ERP systems, inventory tools, or logistics platforms.
