About The Opportunity: Supply Chain Intern

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Supply Chain Intern to support day-to-day supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and cross-functional planning. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience learning how products move from planning through delivery in a fast-paced, growing business. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support reporting, operational coordination, process improvement, and supply chain visibility. You’ll gain exposure to the operational side of the business while helping improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, including data tracking, reporting, and coordination across vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist with inventory monitoring, shipment tracking, and order status updates.
  • Help maintain accurate records related to inventory, purchase orders, logistics, and operational timelines.
  • Support demand planning and supply planning activities by gathering and organizing data.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving discrepancies related to shipments, inventory levels, or order fulfillment.
  • Help prepare reports and spreadsheets related to inventory movement, service levels, costs, and supply chain performance.
  • Partner with internal teams such as operations, finance, sales, and marketing to support planning and execution.
  • Conduct research and basic analysis to support vendor performance reviews, logistics decisions, and process improvements.
  • Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and workflow organization across supply chain processes.
  • Support special projects tied to operational efficiency, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and with operational data.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in supply chain operations, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, or process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable handling data and operational information with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Bonus points for experience with ERP systems, inventory tools, or logistics platforms.
