What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Analysis: Engage in new product costing and cost accounting activities to support financial decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Support general accounting functions and participate in enterprise or sector-specific accounting projects.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to help guide the company’s financial strategy.
• Data Interpretation: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Assist with global internal audit tasks or projects related to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career student pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related degree.
• Experience: Minimum of one prior internship or relevant work experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated financial acumen, learning agility (seeking new information/skills), collaboration (working effectively with others), and leadership skills (e.g., involvement in campus organizations, sports team captain).
• Qualifications: Cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0; willingness to be mobile and relocate to any assigned location; U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
