What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company’s senior leaders, and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates exposure to a variety of assignments which could include:

  • New Product Costing
  • Cost Accounting
  • General Accounting
  • Tax
  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
  • Data Analytics
  • Global Internal Audit
  • Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects

  • Education: Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or a related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
  • Experience: Minimum of one internship or work experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills such as involvement in campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc., or exceptional leadership of work projects.
  • Work Authorization: U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation

  • Base Pay Range: $22.00 – 25.00 (Hourly)
  • Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range: $21.60 – $31.32
  • Compensation Type: Hourly
  • Incentive Eligible: No
  • Sales Commission Eligible: No
