What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners, specifically those aged 3–16, within a fun, highly interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Curriculum Application: Effectively utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and all provided digital tools to deliver high-energy and impactful lessons.
• Student Support: Provide personalized, constructive feedback to students and actively guide them in building confidence and proficiency in their English language skills.
• Cultural Engagement: Actively participate in various school events, organized cultural activities, and student engagement programs to enhance the overall learning experience and foster community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a bachelor’s degree in any subject, positioning this as an ideal graduate job, first job, or a significant international career move for those new to teaching or changing professions.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required; full training is provided, along with comprehensive induction, ongoing support, and all necessary prepared teaching materials.
• Skills: Candidates must possess a valid passport, be able to pass a clean background check, and demonstrate a genuine interest in education, international travel, and cultural exchange.
• Bonus: While not mandatory, ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a plus, and English 1 is prepared to sponsor candidates in obtaining this qualification.
