This role supports crucial initiatives across development, engineering, and business operations, helping the company make clean energy accessible and financially beneficial for large-scale customers.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Pay: $15–$18 hourly
• Team: Reports to senior team members; collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project Development teams.
• Mission: This person assists with critical project support, from research and data analysis to documentation and execution, enabling successful solar energy projects.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize: Maintain project documentation and internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Support: Assist operational teams with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
• Research: Help identify new markets, state-level regulations, and available incentives to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare: Contribute to the preparation of compelling proposals, bids, and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Development teams to achieve project goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Environmental Studies) with a basic understanding of solar energy concepts and systems.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
