This Entry Level Sales Representative role is crucial for engaging directly with homeowners, representing the brand, and generating demand for our services, laying the groundwork for a successful career in sales and leadership.

• Mission: To represent the Southern National Roofing brand face-to-face in residential communities, execute a proven outreach system, and drive demand by scheduling free roof inspection appointments for homeowners.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Work in assigned residential neighborhoods to engage directly with homeowners.
• Communicate: Speak face-to-face with homeowners, providing a professional customer service experience.
• Inform: Explain Southern National Roofing’s free roof inspection service to potential clients.
• Schedule: Schedule appointments for in-home estimates with interested homeowners for the sales team.
• Active Role: Work outdoors and maintain an active presence on your feet throughout the workday.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. This entry-level position is designed for individuals transitioning from roles such as warehouse, retail, customer service, restaurant server, bartender, receptionist, administrative assistant, or forklift operator.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to commute to and from the local office. Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Skills: Comfort with face-to-face communication, great communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong desire to succeed, and a professional appearance.
